Please note that during the period from December 20, 2025, to January 6, 2026 we will have limited availability. This means in detail:

• Our Checkpoint will be closed. Therefore, during this period, no in-person counseling, PrEP consultations, rapid or lab testing, or treatments will take place.
• Our WhatsApp counseling will still be available Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Excluded are Sundays, public holidays, as well as December 24 and December 31.
• Emails sent to info@ZfsG.email will be answered promptly.

For urgent questions and counseling during this period, you can also contact the online counseling service or the nationwide telephone counseling of the Aidshilfen.
