What does LSBTIAQ* mean?

LSBTIAQ* is an umbrella term for diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions.

The letters stand for:

• L = lesbian
• S = gay
• B = bisexual
• T = trans*
• I = inter*
• A = asexual / aromantic
• Q = queer / questioning

The asterisk (*) includes other non-binary and diverse identities.

In summary, LSBTIAQ* stands for the diversity of sexual orientations, gender identities, and ways of life, and reminds us that everyone has the right to live as they choose.

In our counselling, we can offer you the following:

• Information on sexual orientation and gender identity
• Support with coming-out processes
• Guidance in finding appropriate medical, legal, or psychosocial services
• Assistance with experiences of discrimination or conflict situations
• Space for conversations about love, relationships, and self-acceptance

Our counselling is free of charge and anonymous.
