A diagnosis of “HIV-positive” can be a profound turning point. For many people affected, it can feel as if the ground has been pulled from beneath their feet, and a new perspective on life may initially seem out of reach.

It is normal to need time to understand the situation. Some people react by withdrawing or suppressing the test result. In such moments, it is often difficult to find orientation and to talk to someone about personal worries and questions.

Counselling at the HIV outpatient clinic Magdeburg

Are you HIV-positive and regularly have appointments at the HIV outpatient clinic of the University Hospital Magdeburg? Then take the opportunity for a counselling session: Marcus is on site every Thursday and Friday.

  • You can simply drop by without an appointment or prior registration.
